About this puzzle
Birds and Vines is a free online jigsaw puzzle you can play straight in your browser, at any size from 12 to 500 pieces. Drag a piece near where it belongs and it snaps into place; joined pieces then move together as one. Your progress saves on this device, so you can close the tab and carry on later — and every finish earns points towards your next level and grows something in My Garden.
The picture is original artwork made for the Jigsaw Puzzles app, and it plays here exactly as it does there.
How to solve it
With no subject to build, the method matters. Do the border first — here it really helps — then sort every piece by its main colour and the direction of its lines. Work in from the corners rather than out from the middle. In repeating patterns, a piece can fit in several places: check it against the whole picture before you commit.
